As the starter of dicing for gold in majority on Epona and being the only true legit dicer I here decree that dicing will be changed.

Only dice someone that has been registered as a Legit Dicer through AllPashion and Shadman, no other person will be considered protected under these rules.

To be registered for Legit Dicer For hosts only you must pay a safety deposit of 100k as well as be monitored your first week of dicing.

Anyone who dices with a Registered Legit Dicer and is scammed will be reimbursed the full amount.
Screenshots will be necessary for this to take place.

The goal of this is to limit dicing to the honest and stop scamming.
Hopefully everyone will take into consideration that this is not a goal to control dicing but to protect those who do dice


There are positive and negative aspects to this new rule.


Positive
1. This can stop people from scamming
2. This can help those who get scammed and also provide a refund if they diced with someone registered as a Legit Dicer
3. This can provide a safe feeling to dicing and bring more people to attempt it


Negative
1. Not everyone will want to pay gold to dice host
2. These rules are not yet complete
3. Not everyone will join quickly
4. This will not completely stop scamming

When two or more people roll and winner wins all if he/she rolls highest

lowest roll
When two or more players roll and winner wins all if he/she rolls lowest

When a player must roll a particular number to get a high payout
Covered up to x10

consecutive roll
When players must roll 2 or more consecutive numbers to win a high payout
Covered up to x20

Coverage for all rolls will not exceed 2million

People generally scam when dicing by...


1. Logging off after accepting trade

2. Logging off after person rolls

3. Logging off after both individuals roll

4. Stating they did not receive gold and/or did not accept trade

5. Refusing to roll or trade gold

6. Stating that the gold was not for a roll

7. Saying they gave you your winnings when they did not
Etc




No spam rolling this is considered spamming!
This is a way to enhance your chance of rolling high and is not tolerated

Roll after announcements are made not after trade is completed

One problem. What if you are a low lvl? You don't wanna trust 100k (which is a damn lot) to some1 just to dice every now and then

Mag, You don't have to be registered to dice. You can still host dice matches. Like the post says, what we want to do with the dice is up to us players. I do see how being registered is far more convenient for both party's, but i do agree 100k is a bunch.

You two shouldn't be the ones "governing" dicing. You should ask OTM tho.

All your suggestions are understandable yet you must understand if a player is not willing to deposit 100k how can he dice a 300k pot.

Today alone i lost several pots including a 1.2mill lix pot
My goal is for people to be able to lose that instead of scamming so that they dont have to


You can host dice without being registered but it is by far not a good idea.

100k is definitely a butt ton of gold for players. Especially if it is non refundable. I refuse to register just to make a couple thousand if i have to pay 100k that I will never see again. Not trying to offend you but it almost seems like a ploy for you to make money in a way. I would register for it if it was refundable and far less money.

Allpassion and zonn wont be spending that gold because it is for reserved payments to people that are scammed. Im pretty sure allpash wouldnt make this to his own advantage. Although i might suggest a smaller amount to be paid... Maybe have rules such as if you paid 50k you could dice up to 150k or 100k to 300k just so there are cheaper options. But either way it might be hard for the WHOLE world to agree on one persons rules. This might work in other worlds where a single clan dominates everything but this might make trouble unless each clan can just get along.

If the "registered dice hoster" decides to un-register, and if he is clean, his full deposit should be refundable.
