The only reason Vulture was "outdpsed" at the event boss is becuase it is an ice dragon and has extremely low fire resistance. Ten minutes before we killed the dragon, we killed Hrungnir, and Vulture got the kill then. I am pretty sure there was not even a pierce lure up either.
All petty differences aside, I agree that mages do not need to have damage increased.
However, the problems that all classes have with evasions and skill fluctuations are not insignificant. Casters just have more difficulty because their auto attack is pretty much a nonfactor.
The problem with an ice build (like furyion's) as the skills stand now is that the damage was decreased significantly but the cooldowns were not decreased at all to compensate.
Personally I could not care less about PVP. If anything, the whole PVP system needs to be revamped. There should be no one or two hit kills in pvp (of characters at comperable levels of course).
