Is account sharing not allowed? Will an account get banned if its used by 2 or more people?
Recently my brother has started gaining access to my account and will not stop using it. Its not that he uses it on another device, but instead picks up my ipad and goes onto my account. Ive tried to make him stop but he refuses. Maybe he needs to hear it from a person who probably knows than me.

An excuse for what? I just want him gone! He doesnt believe me when i say its not allowed to use my account and otm will take action.
Yeah changing passwords and locking the ipad itself wont work fully when its with a younger sibling.... He can simply play the mommy apple and get it out of me. Putting aside those things, i just want to know if its allowed or not in this case.

Log out, erase user and password and hes SOL. Make him make his own damn account

Account sharing is against the rules but this is considered account sharing also. Get him his own account or something (a very good Christmas present... Maybe). If he has his own iPod/iPad/iPhone, making him his own account would be very easy.
