Sorry about that, but I knew it was best to reply instead of flaunting ignorance. Nonetheless, let's get back on topic, and I am sorry once again. The same reason why some have given up on this argument.Ah, I see. That can happen, someone who committed a mass murder could go to heaven and someone he killed could go to hell, but that is basically a "what if" situation. According to the christian religion, the murderer would have to have a change of heart since committing his crime in order to go to heaven, if he killed someone whose heart was not right with God, then yes, they would not go to heaven. Again, it is all about your heart, not your actual actions, if God sent everyone to hell for sinning, everyone would go to hell, people go to hell because they reject God (again, according to the Christian religion).Feel obligated to point this out, a mass murderer gets into heaven, but one of the people he killed gets eternal damnation simply for being raised in a household of intellect, k thenWell, that depends, I would encourage you ask to one of the Christians posting on this thread, but here is my understanding: if you go to a church and commit a mass murder your heart is not right and you cannot go to heaven the way your heart is now. But if you have a change of heart, repent, and are genuinely sorry for what you did and try to change your life, God will forgive you. As long as you are alive you have another chance. Christianity emphasizes the heart's condition (heart being figurative), it is all about why you do things, no matter how much you mess up, God will give you another chance and will always forgive you.So you can go into a church and commit mass murder but if you love god he will save you? Catholics believe you must be forgiven for example. Christians believe it is up to god to judge - getting a day in court requires this 'love' but does not guarantee a not guilty verdict.
@Magixal are you trying to get this topic locked? This post was not discussing anything, you are just trolling. OTM has asked for the posters to remain polite, please follow it.And that is why you are under the influence of a mental condition called "rètardia" you see, rètardia causes homophobia at its base level by affecting the neural pathways, rètardia has also been traced to the homophobic god of Christianity, yes this is a piss-take to tell you how stupid you are.I am a Christian /chatolic
I dont agree with gay marriage
I dOnt mind if you disagree is MY opinion
Thank youWhat happened to the hard evidence, Dersu's post, and the general idea of religion? I literally see insults flying about random stuff, even game classes, and the wishy washy parts of religion.
I may be an atheist but I would like to point out that the bible is not perfect. I do not believe it was ever intended to be perfect. In theory, it attempts to translate a complex inhuman notion into primitive human concepts. Therefore, there is a general idea and even some specifics but to take everything seriously would be impossible. Especially considering that it has been translated through human languages through many generations.
How about we try to keep this topic a discussion about religion. You know, just like the title says...
