I completely agree. This should be an option for a skill for a druid under these 2 conditions.
1) Have the skillbook drop from a high level boss, and make it extremely rare. (or a resserection totem) I think it would make it more interesting and make the skillbook or totem extremely valuable.
2) Cooldown timer should be 5 minutes at the very minimum.
