#13I didn't believe at first either so I searched his clothes for snowbound. He wasn't wearing any but this picture looks like it could have lol. It doesn't sparkle and the description is a Samhain item. It has music notes and snow coming out of it. I'm guessing it's a mistake and I wish my Dragonstaff would suddenly sparkle
