Recently i bought $20 worth of platinum and never recieved. I then thought maybe it didnt go through so tried to buy again. After i tried to buy the platinum again it then said that the platinum has already been purchased and that it hasnt been downloaded. I have tried all of the resolutions in the support menu and they have not worked. Please help me when you get the chance. thank you!

Hi there, if you can look at the link below and try the suggestions, they work 100% of the time, there is so much safeguarding in the plat system that you will always get the plat - just sometimes it takes a while for the apple servers to synch up, and sometimes it's because devices were changed or the device can't connect to apple servers.
