hello I use a golden venom as offhand it helps a lot I find it better than blade cause its damage gets timesed by your str

the golden blade will always have more damage than the golden venom no matter how much strength you have according to sirblaze's calculations
the only reason people will want dagger is for the energy regen

Trident is actually the worst. And with more strength the golden venom will do much more dmg than the golden blade because the venom uses peirce dmg which increases with strength while the golden ice does only elemental dmg and adds str which only increases depends on how much physical dmg u have other than the offhand.

What i reallt suggest is dont waste ur money on the ow lux as in 40 more lvls u can get better lux.
But if u wanna buy something now i suggest the venom blade

Is your advice targeted to plat levelers who get like 20-30 levels a day?
What about the non plat buyers who are too poor to afford lix (like me)

if you are too poor for lixes you are too poor for lvl 100 lux. the ow lux is cheaper so get it and then go for lvl 150.

The reason i said the dagger could do more dmg is because it has peircing dmg which increases with more str but on the other hand the blade only has cold dmg which will remain 200 regardless of ur str.

yea but the dagger doesnt give more dmg. i tried it with a offhand axe and the bounty dagger. the axe me gives me 100 more dmg.

blaze had some sort of complicated math formula that could calculate the total damage of the venom dagger according to your strength
strength also has a plateau, which would probably factor in somewhere
im not sure the exact formula, but we had a discussion on this

even at 10,000 strength the golden blade will still have more damage than the dagger

I have used both offhands and blade does way more damage than venom
