The only HARD part in killing necro is convincing 30+ players that its NOT imposible and breaking the mold of conventual raid bossing of afk dps while tank and druids do all the work.
Stopping the aoe life steal is the key freeze/bash in coordinated cycles with volley style dps are the tools.

#12First of all, adds can be handled without mages freezing the boss. Freeze lasts for 12 seconds also just so you know.
Secondly, how do you propose handling respawns? Ghosts respawns in 1 minute, and hard to kill since they can only damaged with divine. You need a full group just to hold them. Then there are the two Acolytes that gives him Energy Shueld. Got to factor them in also, you make it sound like they are like Snorri's guards.
Third, Necro AoE lifesteal and Aoe Cold Damage kills everyone caught within its huge radius. Your druids, rogues, mages, and rangers all get hit with 2.4k lifesteal and 2k-3k cold damage (even with ice ward) every 15 seconds. His high evasions make freezing and bashing unreliable, Soul Reaper and Cold Wind are quick casting spells and before you can tap bash or freeze, it's done already. You seem to think Life steal is the only problem players have to deal with.
Tanks die next after all your druids are on idol timers.
It is a plat sink and keeping him this way only means one thing.

#13a full group of mages should be able to keep a mob/boss frozen for 15-30 seconds if not indefinatly also 2-3 rouges with maxed expose should also be able to ease the burden all written above.
The other 22 players shouldn't have to much grief from the adds a few tanks about 8 druids and rest dps could clear them out in 1-2 mins.
Resurgence has brought 40+ players to mordy all 180+ with full dl so i hope there is some divine dmg in there somewhere.
Never said its easy gona b hard but not imposible.

#15You overestimate divine damage, just like OTM did. A full DL ranger/rogue can dish out 300 divine damage (with the occasional Divine Strike proc). Not enough when each ghost has tons of health, and there's at least 5 of them that come at a time that has AoE damage, spam hits the tank with a 2k poison DoT (worse than Hrungnir's pox) and heals the boss for 1500, enrages in 4 minutes and has a 1 minute respawn time. I don't know why you need to freeze for 15-20 seconds. What are you going to do during that time? Stare at the boss? What are you trying to do that you would freeze him that long?
Volley/Bash for 30-50 seconds? lol his spell timers are static. You interrupt a lifesteal, 30 seconds later he will cast again. 15 seconds later you are going to get hit with Cold Wind. So every 15 seconds, you have to interrupt a massive damage spell of his.
I think you have no real experience raiding this guy, all these "strategy" is just from observing him from afar.

#16I mentioned this issue in feedback and suggestions previously. Maybe increase necro's casting time and/or insert orange letters for his aoe life steal spell like hrungr does for fetid feast. 8 mage freezing boss and 4 rouges max expose is roughly enough to keep necro out of the picture im sure the rest of the clan can handle adds in between boss dps volleys

#19I know I'm not at all qualified to comment on this but do you really think that you could kill him with only volleys of skill hits? I feel like the skill hits alone wouldn't kill him in less than 20min, but I may be underestimating how high 180+ skill hits are
