Yes. Once Beta for Update 4 is ready for testing, Admin will post a topic in announcements with infos for application. But since we are currently working on Update 3, it will be about 3-5 months until Update 4.

Are there any requirements you must meet before you can get a beta tester?

active on game and on forums and have a good level high enough like 100+. but i don't know about active on forums since they pick people who post less but plays more seems unfair to others who play and post a lot. but just mine opinion.

But serious, level 100+? there are only 2 ppl on my server lvl 100+. and i see much beta testers like lvl 85..

Level doesn't matter I guess, Just active on forums for a while and in game. I'm still level 60 by the way.

Any news on update 3... things ahead or behind schedule (if there is a schedule), whens the planned submission to Apple.... and does it add a lot more areas for players, as the current areas are getting crowded in all the key places...
