Im lvl 151 ranger and can kill lvl 175 and down rangers in my server (lugh) the skills i use are

Longshot(maxed) double shot (maxed) light heal (maxed) bolas (10 lvls higher then the lvl i am, becuz u will prob be fighting mobs at least 3 to 4 lvls higher then you, and u can also use bolas in boss fights) rapid shot (kept at one and it works great) sharpen weapons (maxed) then i have spectrical tali, and one of the Samhain event rings on my last 2 slots

Dex 320
Focus 65
Vit 330

Im real good with these stats and skills and made a lvl 175 hate me becuz i kept killing him even with his dl armour and better bow q:
