That would be an excuse if this problem occured right before xmas but this happened during double plat so OTM had a month to fix it. Im guessing someone in otms support group either didnt pay attention or didnt understand so they just dropped it without fixing the problem. Its happened in the past where admin tells someone its ok to do something and tell support about it then support didnt know admin said it was ok so they ignored or tell the player its not possible.

Unfortunately in this situation we are unable to offer any help; you will need to contact Apple in order to merge the credit on two different Apple accounts.

I apologise for the incorrect information that was given previously, but as your issue is with your Apple account (and not a Celtic Heroes account) we cannot offer any assistance.
