Hello, I have a couple of questions regarding the game.

firstly, I have an old account from about a year ago that I cannot remember the password to, the password retrieval option does not work and I have only ever used 1 email, so I guess the account email was not registered, is there any way of retrieving said password any other way? I sent a support ticket about 2 weeks ago but havnt heard anything back.

Secondly, when I first started the game on my new account, I was invited to a clan when I first entered the castle, when I accepted the person who invited me left and I am now the only member of the clan, when I try to leave it does not remove me from the clan, my only option on the clan screen is "Leave Clan" but nothing happens when I try this, both through highlighting my name and selecting it and without highlighting my name.

With the clan predicament your best option I believe is to send a support ticket in about it, although I doubt they'll answer it as I've been disabled for 3 months with still no response. With the lost account info, I doubt you'll get that back. OTM wants nothing to do with accounts except for the banning of them.

Thanks for the reply, not too fussed about the account, in the time it's taken me to get a reply, I'm not too much further back than where I was on the other account. I'll try a ticket for the clan issue and hope for a response I guess lol.

If you have an issue with an account you can e-mail the Support Team at [email protected], and they can take a look at the issue for you.

Please include as much information as possible about your account in your e-mail, in order to help the Support Team locate and verify your account.

For your clan issue, if you send in a ticket using the in-game support tool the team should be able to help.

Ok, thanks for the reply. is there any specifics I should include with the account info?

Also, to create a ticket through support I need to register my email, however if I can get my other account back I would probably carry on using that account, would I then be able to register the same email for that account?

Yes, you can register the same e-mail for multiple accounts.
