All worlds do, some are more friendly in general than others, but that's just who people are. As for the rest, you have to do all the friend making and getting into a nice clan (or clans...) yourself! Good luck!

I have a few questions to ask.
Is there a certain level of inventory at the time, in which maps or where to get the armor, skills or weapons?
Help me list out which ones are important tasks, can let me get armor, skills or weapons?
I know that if you want to kill the mobs to get level up, need choose mobs level high than you 2 or 3 levels is better.
Because i can't go to translate all the mission words to Chinese words, and understands. That's way to hard to me.

Learn english, only way.
There is shop armor, enemy drop and quest armor: cheapest to get is either by killing enemies or get yourself in a clan and get the upgrade drops you need for quest gear( fastest and strongest weapons are usualy from there but there's a catch, the level you are, the higher, the better and faster the weapon and armor will be)
And, inventory bag capacity will never get bigger unless you purchase back pack expansion( from users or from platinium shop)

Most skills you gain from enemies, basic skills from farcrag castle, your class shop.
And some skills trough quest

Maps that can drop skill manuals are: otherworld, fingals cave, carrowmore cave, dunskeig sewers.
The easiest and least level requirement to kill and by luck get a skill manual or ring is in fingals cave. Those are enemies that are from level 40-150+
Take note thou, the new maps such as fingals cave, carrowmore and sewers have the new skills added recently, you will definelty need and what otherworld might bring, very good skills there too, that's an older map

I would recommend an ancient longbow and the armor you currently have for now. In future:

flint bow->warden set and bow->mete set and bow->froz set and bow->beastbone armor->lvl 160 bone bow->full dragonlord set and bow

For lux:

lvl 50 energy regen ring->lvl 50 golden quiver of fire->heroic ammy of rejuvenation->lvl 100 rejuv ammy(talisman)->lvl 100 energy brace if needed->lvl 150 quiver and regen ammy


All that should get you to dl (dragonlord) and level 180+.

I would recommend an ancient longbow and the armor you currently have for now. In future:

For lux:

Then your " all that should get u dl " will work. But won't be cheap!

By the way, the only things that should cost you money to get your gear that I listed is the flint bow and the lvl 160 wyrmbone bow. If one is desperate one can buy certain parts of the armor/weap quests but its normally not needed. This means that the majority of your gold can be spent on lux, which cannot be dropped by mobs or bosses.

You're not alowed to trade/buy/sell accounts
You did agree to CH ToS when you first downloaded the game, and if you break it, you pay.

It is better (and more law-abiding) to get your own acct from scratch and train up your main character. All weapons and armor do have level requirements, but are worth all the trouble it is to get them.

The cost of the lux I suggested varies from world to world and player to player. I would highly advise buying from other players where possible, as that can give a discount on store prices of (sometimes) close to 50% (or better, but your real lucky if that happens). Also remember it will probably take you a long time to get from 1 stage to the next. However if you follow this general layout and order it should be okay. If you restrict using gold for only lux items you will find yourself richer than others your level.
