OTM simply said they can't change in game items so that they wouldn't have to explain their reasons to people. Obviously they have in many cases - candy canes, offhand focus, bracelets, etc...

They can change any thing for any reason. They can delete all your accounts for no reason or any reason. They could make you a lvl1 and take away all items if they wanted. It wouldn't matter if you spent nothing or tens of thousands of USD. This is true of most any mmorpg - the TOS is one sided.

Example is how mods can delete any content they deem inappropriate in their definition, and we cannot argue about it, if they say my name reminds me of his ex that was killed by gangsters then they could delete it for that.

All ToS, especially for big companies, are one sided towards the provider, when Sony sent an update that crashed a lot of their customers systems, the customers didnt even get a new console since the ToS stated any updates downloaded were in the responsibility of the person himself, not the company, even when it was a force update, they can do that because we agreed to the ToS and have no choice if we agree with one part and disagree with another.
