About how long would you say it takes?

And i also sent a request to get them back but forgot to put what world their on. should i send another one with world or will they find it and know which ones they are in.

I'd send a new appeal including as much information as you possibly can. OTM isn't a mystery solving company; Give them details, and they may just give you results.

Anyone know if OTM can restore accidently deleted characters? Or at least get the items off of them?

Accidently? lol you had to put ur character's name in order to delete it
