I'm still waiting for an answer. I know OTM starte back to work on January 7th. It is now the 20th. I think they should have a priority of getting their players/customers back in the game. What happened to the so called "upgraded" support crew that would take care of issues faster?

yeah been 3 weeks for me now since ive sent in a support ticket.. all i gotta say is you guys are lucky i dont run that company.. youde all be fired for being slackers... i havnt gotten one reply, considering the situation there should be urgent actions taken... games with 100 million players get instnat if not 24 hour feedback from support tickets sent in..... now ive spent alot of damn money on this game and otm obviously doesnt use there education.. i reccomend they go back to school and learn how to run a company
