Re: Sulis price guide

Well this isn't such a great idea, because in every server the prices change, for the better or good. Recently xp lix has gone to 5k instead of 4k *cough* Festo *cough*.
I shall say my old standby for buying/selling. You say what you want to pay/be paid, let the other person say what they think its worth, then try to find the number in the middle.

For example, if I am selling a yellow lanrik bp, and I find someone who wants. If I think its worth 20k to me, but he other person thinks its worth only 15k, then agree on 17k or so. You shouldn't have to worry about your price being too low, because thats the price you think its worth. If I was selling yellow lanrik bp for 10k, and someone thinks its worth 20k, great! As long as you both are happy with the trade it doesn't really matter what the "normal price" is. Tbh there isn't really a set price for anything that can't be gotten from shop, it all depends on whatever agreement you and the buyer/seller make. As long as both of you are happy, its a good deal. If you aren't happy, don't sell/buy it.
Agreed.. sometimes you'll make crappy deals, or you'll make great deals. That's just how life is.

Yes, Yellow lanrik set is 25k to 30k.

And the staff.. not sure if it's the 5% one or the 80%. If it's the 5% one it's worthless. If it's the 80% one, its around 200k.
What you were saying about people "scamming". Everyone wants to sell stuff for the highest amount, unless you are stupid. Plus, the method Eragon listed above makes for a win-win situation. In fact it was used in trading tons back in the age of bow and spear. Another reason people set such high prices, is because if you set a high price, the more possibility it will be lowered to a price a little over the regular one, there isn't anything wrong with that.

Everyone can have their own opinion, but your opinions are very critical and stereotypical, so think before you speak.

Yes...it is scamming if you trade a whole crap load of things for nothing. However, if you both trade an item it's not scamming. It's called making a horrible deal.
