Hey guys I seen a few post asking for many builds I have tested pretty much every build I'm sure there's more but here goes tell me if u find this help full thanks
Full DL
Royal ice blast ring
Ice shards +6 and 5
Other ring slot is up to u
50 ice shards
50 ice blast
40 ice lure
40 freeze
Rest of points in energy well and maybe a flaming charm of lich
Equip you're DL wand and offhand u should also have the 1m focus ammy
Make sure u rebirth to full vit before u put you're

maybe you didnt notice that he said FULL VIT....
because the pvp mage will totally have enough energy for an energy shield....

his total energy without well will comprise of:
DL aura bonus (500 energy?)
100 focus ammy (~800 energy?)
DL armor bonus (if it even gives one)

you will need all the energy you can get

What happened to ice attune?

And I'm pretty sure you wouldn't need FULL vitality if using Freeze. In case it misses, you're screwed, but still with full vitality rogues would still rip through your toilet paper. So it's still pointless.
IMO just don't do a pvp mage at endgame. Low level twinks are the best pvp mages.

I think:

Fire Mage
Max Attune, Bolt, Storm, Shield, extras in freeze + some rings if you can get to 200 somehow. If not, extras in Ice Shards for an extra attack.

2:3 Focus to vitality ratio
A Bastion shield would be nice
Ice Mage
Max Attune, Shards, Blast, Shield, same concept for extras (fire bolt instead)

yes low level mages will destroy at pvp (lvl 0-25ish)
since every other class doesnt have any armor that can resist the elements yet....

just simply go with a good fire build with the best skill rings possible
get a heat resist brace (highest you can get) and ice resist (highest you can get) for resisting other mages
get the best quigley shield possible, heroic speed boots (good armor), heroic gloves (good armor) and eagle chieftain helm (good armor)
also get the heroic ammy, the best possible bat stat charm (bat stat haha), and the best possible armor
