We had 4 Snorri spawns in Sulis the last 30 hours so I don't think the spawn rates were nerfed. There has been a lack of red and purple crowns though. I also thought Snorri dropped two crowns more often than just one earlier in the update.

They should change the spawning to something like this.

If A 6* boss does not spawn in 72 hours, the next spawn is a guaranteed 6* Spawn. This way, you won't go weeks without a 6* but keeping the guaranteed spawn a limited thing to even out the progress of dl gear.
