So, about a year ago I forgot my password and had to reset it. I contacted admin and they sent me a new password but the new password is kinda cheesy . Everytime I log in I feel weird. Is there anyway I can change my password or reset it to something I want?

Just use the email you signed up with to reset it.

I could do that but I would like the option to make my own. Is there a way to do that?

When you are at the initial login screen where you can choose which toon on that account to play (aka the "main menu" as you are exiting the game) there is a symbol on the left with two cogs or gears.
Click on that and you will find the option change your password yourself.
