use the fierce hatchet
gloves of haste or ring of haste if you have them (help quite a bit)
and definitely use hero wisdoms or you will go crazy
wisdoms are cheap though so they shouldnt be a problem (danu they go for 500g each)

Well I don't have any haste items right now besides the lixes and thts what I've been doing otherwise. Buy thx for all the help guys

Caved in and bought the opal cleaver... I'm disappointed in myself a little now tho.. But it does higher damage and rupture is very good, I'll spend the remainder of my money on combos I reckon and maybe get to 120 by sometime.. I sense a ton of farming in my future ...
