Ugh i see a lot of people accusing others for scam, i am gonna tell you a technique every noob fails to accomplish. If you see any of the the symptoms this person is a noob and destroyed there own rep. this technique is called the noob A$$hole.
1. go on a different server.
2. make a character named the guy you wanna frame.
3. zoom in all the way so people cant see your noob character.
4. make another character but with your guy you wanted to frame.
5. whisper what you wanna frame the person for.
6. take picture.
7. finished! your rep has been successfully ruined.
