Celtic Heroes

Hi, so i have a character names Sunset on Gwydion. I recently sent over some of my gear to my warrior to tank some bosses in stonevale. Now, i was mailing my new Spectral talisman of a Midnight, the revenant bracelet of energisation, heroic gloves of haste, fiery axe of triumph, 10 restos and pots and 1000 coins. Basically, i triple checked i was sending to the right person, logged onto my warrior. And no mail. So i looted back to Sunset, sent another mail to same person. Logged onto my warrior ( RoyalKnight ) . Still wasnt there. So then i sent a mail from my warrior to the warrior. And it came through straight away. Can you please tell me whats going on. The level and class and name matched my warriors stats. Please can you return the items to Sunset my lv 121 rogue on Gwydion. The 2 characters involved are on 2 different accounts, the warrior is named RoyalKnight lv 120 warrior, and Sunset lv 121 rouge. Both on the world Gwydion.
