Longshot

If i casted bolas on a mob already and i then use longshot after (i upgraded high enough) isnt the mob supposed to stop?

It pins but its brief. I kind of wish the time pinned increased with skill points added.
That would be great.
But still keep the dmg upgraded per lvl!
