So I have been informed there are 3 owners of these rare smuggler coats in Sulis, anyone know of the owners? I'd also like to know if there is a price any of these 3 owners have in mind if they were going to sell. And most importantly, any signs of a white smuggler coat? That's all, please fill me in on these details :3
