From what I have seen, I think their reevaluation resulted in adding a bit to the bonuses on the rings and changing the caster weapons from a proc to an equipped skill.

Grats to my long time ranger forum friend (its been too long since we started this game).

And 2nd: Wha a freaking disappointment for loot. Once again the MIGHTY loot developer has outdone himself again. Its bad enough that almost all mord and effy MIGHTY LOOT should be renamed ''insert name here'' of suckness.
, but add on top of that the 4/4 lowesr tiers drop ALOT, and its another recipe to disaster for this game.

Im not sure of otms mentality here. Are you supposed to play ch for 2 years straight to even see upper tier loot, yet alone roll and win for it? (Im still waiting to see a good aggy ring since he was released, and thats just wrong).

Regarding OTM tweaking the drops, they actually did. The weapon procs got changed. And the stat rings got boosted by 20. Mighty rings used to give 40/40 instead of 60/60. The braces stayed the same.

Where do you guys base this info? A..x site hasn't been updated since 2013 so all those loot items are pre-nerf.

Dont have pics to prove it but do you go on there almost everyday like i do?
Immortal is right godly use to be 80/80, now its 100/100
Also all weps use to be proc chance, so they changed.
Boosted dmg of weps. Changed proc on daggers to poison and lowered dmg to 2000 instead of 6000 on void. they changed speed on void dags from 2350 and 135 pierce to 140 pierce and 1900 speed.
braces havent changed.
