Airserver. Let's you copy the screen to your mac or pc. Then capture with a screen recorder for mac or pc.

2 programs for the pc or mac. no need for an app on your ipad/iphone. Great quality.

I think emu4ios was the one I tried before but couldn't find a way to upload it...and ima try airserver.-.
