Voldemort remember when the Govenor aka 'Brian' met a family in that building? It was 2 females, their old dad who needed oxygen.(One had a daughter)

Tara was the young lady claiming to be an officer but really was only in the police academy. She was the one who kept giving guys a pound instead of a hand shake :p.

She took a liking to another girl at the new camp and froze when the Governor killed Hershel. She's hanging around Glenn, she feels she owes him for being a part of the Governors crew.
