Technically its a 30 second cooldown seeing as it lasts for 15 seconds so more like 30 not 45

cooldown isnt how much time left after the skill expires, if so it would mean that lots of skills such as frenzy dont have cooldown
it has cooldown of 45 secs, it lasts for 15, if u used it and it expires, u will have 30 secs more to wait until cooldown is over, if it was 30, then technically u could use reaper's touch twice in one min

You can have it active twice in a minute, start the timer 15 seconds into the skill and then you'll be able to cast again before the minute runs out

oh right lol, but ofc eventually u wont be able to use 2 per min, i think.

15 seconds for the skill is plenty of time anyways, can use all your good skills within 15 seconds then wait for all the skills to cooldown.

1-1.2 mil is most likely reasonable. Its effects are amazing but its shop price was 750k, don't let the seller abuse you.

with something like this they can price it at whatever they want its just whatever someone is willing to pay. like if the seller really wants to sell the item they wont put it for so high but if they dont care if they sell it they will wait till someone will pay that high
