You will need:
- 5-6 Super Combos
- Restoration Pots(10-25)
or
- Super Knowledge Elixers
- Restoration Pots
- Heroic Elixer of Regeneration/Energization
Now i will tell you where and how you will lvl with these materials/items...
Lvl 80- 86: You will have to fast travel to "Fingals Cave", then walk along the path on the right side, because there is less mobs and easier to get to the area where im leading you to. So once you get to the hill near the snakes, you will see dragons, with chaos aura. You will pass them and keep going straight and you will see an island with lvl 86**** pirates. Thats where you will lvl. So you will pop your combos or Super knows and elixers and start lvling. This is the best place to lvl during this lvl. All kills from pirates will give you 12k exp and up, and the freebooters will give roughly 18k-19k. Once you kill all the pirates and wait for them to spawn. You can kill the snakes around the island which give 6k-8k. This is better then otherworld that gives 9k every kill.
Lvl 87- 90: Now that we are lvl 87 we will continue the island process but once you kill all the pirates the 1st time, you leave them because your wasting your lix time. It will get you around 48kexp. Now that you leave them. You will have to go to the end where captain blackstorm spawns and kill the mobs around like cosairs, bosuns, etc... There is two rooms , plus more in the hall where you came from. This process is easy and you can even farm there if you like
