Does skewer double its damage after you reach/go above the mobs lvl? Be nice to know if it does

as far as ik the dmg is always the same. putting points in it allows you to pin higher lvl mobs.

Skewer is just like bolas/entangle/roots where leveling it only allows it to affect higher level mobs.

Hopefully, they'll add some damage to Skewer though... most, if not everyone who uses it only has it at level 1 just to use it as a hit in between autos. They really need to add damage to it to make it more worthwhile and a viable skill for spear rangers to use.
