I'm terrified of people being banned for no reason. I have seen this happen on a few occasions and it really scares me. I put alot of time and effort in my characters and i try to avoid conflict whenever necessary. So please tell me, what do i do if i'm banned for false accusations?

Hi, all appeals are aimed to be answered by Friday each week at the latest, but due to the nature of appeals and having to look in detail at each case, this can sometimes take longer depending on the amount of appeals that the team has to look into during that week.

If two weeks pass without any type of answer please resend the appeal, or feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can chase it up for you.

Please be assured that players will not be disabled if they stick to terms of service.
