It depends on where you got it. If you got from Drummonds rat quest, then its actually a pretty awesome reward, especially since most of the people who do at quest are low lvled people, usually under 70 or so. If you got from the wolf quest...still a pretty decent reward, since most new people dont get haste items until 100+ in my experience, unless they buy plat or are alts of course.

That potion should be a reward for the players that kill wolves in lirs reach, not players who kill 160+ dragons in carrowmore...
I agree. The rewards should've been tiered just like the quests have been tiered.

But if Aggragoth drops level 110 items, alongside with level 150 items. And all the other boss drops crap items alongside good items, why would anyone expect it to be any different?
Seems like it would work for ones alts, but they made it non-tradeable

I agree with Aileron it was a lot of fun back then when you didn't have to rely on plat items and you could lvl up at a good pace and not miss any action

It's not 'back then'
For a high end quest we don't deserve low end drops.. Resto pots are handy though for phs and 5*'s as it doesn't cost a lot, but the 25% haste is pointless.
For lower tier rewards from the wolf quest it would be a really good item.. But not for us

Most of the time it's a restoration potion, so I don't see why so many are bashing the quest. Be glad it actually has a reward, and not just experience.

As Ive said, the 'high end effort and low end reward' is nothing new. It has been that way in CH for the last couple years. I don t know why you are surprised or expecting a different reward model.

In the old days, people don't spend an obscene amount of plat just to play the game. Using pots and lixes were uncommon and anyone using a combo lix in stonevale is actually laughed at for being a noob who can't kill mobs without platinum boosts. It was actually a fun time when the game is truly free and it's not pay-to-win.

The best haste items were the golden gloves and silver gloves of haste (20% and 10% respectively). What you are seeing is a remnant of the days of old.
Ahhh the good old days. Even though on sulis everyone had golden bodkin golden bloodlust heroic ammy boots and gloves and is a rogue. As a mage in U2 this was a sad life.
