Dex has nothing to do with Entangle, except, raise the possibility of a successful Entangle. Reflex ability also plays a role in this also.

The first quarter of your statement is correct. Dex does not increase the possibility of a successful entangle. Reflex does not help this either. Dex literally does nothing for entangle. The reflex ability increases your chance to evade movement hindering spells. The only thing (I think) that effects entangle is your ranged combat ability. That being said, it seems to me ranged combat does very little to increase the usefulness of our spells.

Reflex is a resistance ability, giving one the ability to evade a movement impairing skill.

I believe that reflex probably also covers that but I am not 100% sure as its been a long time since I trained on the blue eyes. xD
