Ok first off i still see tons of ppl selling them lol i also dont understand why you would want one so badly ive opened probably 30 and the best things ive gotten was one white snowbound top and a black hat which i oddly hate for some reason lol anyways theyre pretty good but not rare

Ice chest are not worth the gold unless you buy them with plat. Sorry to shoot dwn hopes but safest bet is to save your gold or buy leveling plat and fashion.

Chests are ok to me.
