I'm sorry to say that many great people are in that horrid ZA clan. Anyone who has left because of their tyranny I applaud.

Naming and shaming SHOULD be allowed.

A: If the post is a lie, many good players will come out against it.
B: If Its true, we save a lot of people a lot of pain in the game and forums.

What your trying to block is more harmful then the actual actions.

I know several people that have reported a scammer several times and he plays. Also, if we don't warn people, they get caught by surprise. They get caught by surprise, and get scammed out of things they bought plat with. Therefore, the player quits. And if the player quits, remember they're a plat buyer, let's say monthly, OTM loses money, the sole purpose of this is it not? I mean, that's the reason Druids, mages, and rangers aren't getting fixed right? Too much competition with plat? So if that plat buyer quits, then OTM loses money, therefore having more 'reason' to nerf casters and rangers. Therefore causing more possible plat buyers in those classes to quit, and people who buy plat items from plat buyers to quit.

Therefore plat buyers that are still there have nothing to sell, so they only buy plat occasionally, causing more nerfs. I think naming and shaming is very harmful to the game, because its a constant loop or everyone losing.

Naming and shaming is not allowed as allowing individuals to show someone on these forums in a negative light is not nice. Nor is it beneficial.

As per Red's post, if someone is named and shamed on this site and it is unjust:

1) They have the right of reply (as long as you Support guys don't lock the post)
2) They can write their own post, so can freely express their own views.

As to showing an individual in a 'negative light is not nice'.....trying to play game when a minority constantly go out of their way to ruin it by endless lies, cheating and bullying is not exactly 'nice' for the majority of us that are now getting sick to death of it. There is one particular thug in the clan I was in a couple of months ago who I have constantly referred to here and so far no one has replied and spoken up for him. He does have a few allies in that clan, but they would probably find it very difficult to identify the correct characters on their key boards, other than 'F' and 'K' to write a coherent sentence.

You only have to look at the overwhelming player support on here for Mark's post, (him apologising to that clan when it was the thug in that clan that bombarded him with threats), to realise that a large number of players, in all clans (including the one this thug hides in and is protected by), are sick of him and the the fact is Support doesn't want to know.

This, ''PM us and we will look into it' is both facile and insulting to all of us who abide by the rules of the game and have spent so much money on it. The fact is, even if you do 'look into' a complaint, you never do anything about it! If you did the most notorious thug and another renowned scammer on Morrigan would have been banned by you.

You have repeated evidence here of how this particular player behaves in game and all you do is continue to protect him. The message you are sending to the majority of us is, 'Keep handing over your money so you can level, discuss game tactics and praise CH on forums but no serious player issues can ever be openly discussed'.

This is absurd! WE are the the people playing on this server, WE are the people who pay CH to have this product, WE should all have the right to speak freely. Yes there have to be forum rules and I totally accept there should be no defamatory language, inappropriate talk such as sex/drugs etc. but to be gagged for finding a small minority in this game who behave like they own it and who bully and steal constantly, is not neither fair or democratic.

Who ever devised the 'no naming and shaming' forum rule obviously hasn't played the game. In reality, while this forum is awash with rules, the game itself is NOT governed properly, with some people having merrily scammed and bullied now for years and despite complaints to Support nothing is done about these individuals. You only have to look at history to see how crazy some rules can be and why people have to constantly campaign to get changes in certain 'rules' laid down by governments. The time has come when CH needs to look into its forum rules. As far as I am concerned if someone bullies and cheats in game, and there is no recourse via Support, then they damn well deserve to be exposed here! And if Support did deal with these 'issues', we wouldn't need to bring them to this forum.

Fact is, unless Support starts actually addressing and dealing with well known trouble makers, I for one will not spend another penny on this game. To my great shame, in the two years I have been a player on Morrigan I have spent an absolute bomb on this game. I feel the moderators of this forum and CH themselves need to remember that we are customers and they make a good living out of us. It is their duty to protect the majority of good players on this server, not treat us like errant school children, daring to question their 'rules'.

I will admit that my personality doesn't do as well in clans, but I know when to leave or defend myself against crazy rules put up by said clan or COMPANY.

Rapid, I gave you a lot of respect and encouragement always. While I totally understand your complete bias - as in the player lying about me ruining Kilt's clan is your own father - I did explain to you before that if you cannot accept my right to challenge him for that, also his conduct as a Gen in your clan (not giving a damn about a ZA main stealing and bullying ZAx mains on his ZAX alt), then simply don't read my posts.

You yourself cannot stand the notorious thug in your clan, nor can others in your clan. That one thug cost your clan a total of 12 high level and honest players, who all walked because of him. He also continues to bully outside of your clan. I do not actually 'hate' anyone in this game, but I do hate the conduct of a small minority and the effect it has on some really good and decent people (Mark being just one example).

You are mistaken to declare that only the 'same few people' reply to posts about these problems. In actual fact, when I log on game I get many whispers and from players I do not know at all, telling me they have read these posts/replies by myself and others who have taken the time to discuss these issues, and are glad some of us are doing this. You have to remember Rapid that relatively new players and/or shy ones, find it very hard to speak out. Just because they don't speak out here doesn't mean they don't exist. I assure you they do and for as long as they do I will speak out for them every bit as much as I will for myself when the thug in your clan continues to bully good players and your father continues to trash my name with lies.

While you have the protection of your father, he being a Gen in the clan you are in, others do not enjoy that protection Rapid. If you think it is 'pathetic' for some in game to speak out about the truly dire effect the thug in your clan has upon his victims and the game in general, then you are simply condoning that kind of behaviour. Complacency is truly the land of the arrogant Rapid; you have obviously chosen to join your father on that barren island.

Lastly, I notice you had nothing to say about the post where I extolled the virtues of WhiskyDelta, and how he was mobbed and killed in Arena by some ZA players as he tried to do his daily quest there. This was sheer spite and all because he chose not to stay in ZAx. Of course as you were one of those that killed him and attempted to ridicule him with, 'Say hi to Kes' (she being the chief of the new clan he had chosen to join), you wouldn't have anything to say about that particular post!

You would do well young man to look at your own conduct before condemning others simply for speaking out on this forum. You and your father both know what a truly kind and good man Whisky is. To mob and kill him so as to prevent him from doing his quest, all in an attempt to punish him simply because he chose to leave ZAx, now that lad is truly PATHETIC!
