You have to email [email protected] and state why you think your account should be reactivated. They should respond and ask you the basic questions eg. username, characters, items, plat purchases etc.

Hi,

Because of the nature of appeals it can take a few days for them to look into the account and respond to emails. Depending on the volume of cases they deal with this can take a little longer.

Appeals are aimed to be answered by friday at the latest.
