Not really, you can hang at the entrance where the war merchant is and watch, but it's not really helpful. The Testers suggested a audience area, and the admin liked the idea but it won't roll out with this update. The arena is huge though and should make for some fun.

Dueling areas in the castle are in a large area where many people can watch though, so that seems promising.

Right now you can buy test items. And warden stuff for 1 gold (just beta ofcourse) Not sure what you can do with it in live version yet.
