Ring adds 41 damage, 100 def, 58 attack , and 500 cunning
41 damage from only adding 50 str? There must be some hidden bonus because I don't see where the extra 8 attack comes from either..
I assume the extra 8 attack comes from the Spectral Ring of the Reaper. 50x15%=7.5 which rounds to 8.
Ah that is true however is shouldn't have been included in the bonuses the ring adds

Am i the only one who thinks mage has best out of all?
It depends on the cooldown on that skill. Mage dl offhand has a 3 min cooldown. i wouldnt be surprised to see a similar (crazy long) cooldown on these wands.
(Not active at the moment)
