Issue 1: Why people transfer?
My A: There is no one reason why everyone is leaving. One person can not give you a reason for all of them. People leave for many reasons, like: they made friends on another server and they want to play with them, the like another server because it has more/less people, they want a fresh start in a place where they don't know anyone, etc. The new place doesn't necessarily have to be "better"("" because its really subjective)

Issue 2: Res as dominant clan is causing people to leave
My A: In order to do endgame bosses, you need endgame gear like dl armour. In order to get that armour you need to camp, A Lot. People in other clans assume that once you get to the right lvl, you should automatically get your dl armour and be able to do endgame bosses. The clan "Braves" was doing well because they were actually camping dl bosses and lvling hard to be able to do them. So why didn't it work out in the end? Because out of the 180ish members only 1 or 2 would actually camp, even if a 5 or 6 star came up and they called for help from their clan, only like 5 total people(highest number at one dl i ever saw) showed up and we outlocked them. We all have stuff to do in real life, but camping even one boss for the one hour a week you are on is enough to benefit yourself and your clan. Also, i mean no disrespect for "Braves," i know nice people there, i was using them as a positive example of. Some even helped us kill bosses that we outlocked them at.

Res doesn't even camp ghlashtyn or spider queen. Given that ghlasytn(or whaterver the spelling is) is not worth the idol, these clans still could have killed spider queen to get their dl gloves and better be able to compete for the next lvl dl boss. So what happened, you ask? most of the time the spider would remain up uncamped and checked.
If you complain about about a dominant hogging bosses, dl bosses, dl armour, it may be the fault of the people in other clans who find it to boring to camp.

If you can't have fun because you can't kill endgames bosses in res, remember that to have fun playing a game, you need to actually play the game(which includes camping)

I do have to agree with this point. Way back when BadaBing was fighting Uskoci last summer, Bada did not have the manpower to camp spider or glashtyn. Uskoci hustled their butts off and kept taking spider and glashtyn and got most of their members gloves and boots. Then once they got geared up enough, they moved on to priest and challenged us there, then at king, and so on until we were fighting for every snorri.

So I agree with this part of kashi's post, that if you want to challenge the top clan, you need to work at it. It's not impossible, but it takes a lot of hard work and time.

It doesn't take a huge clan to make a game fun, it's what you make of the game, what you do, not your clan position

Great player like Nueee is back in Arawn, thats how great and amazing it is.

Yes maybe he is but the chances of getting in res is impossible
U gotta buy 4k plat get 1.5 m and spend all on lixs and prolly lvl abt 10-20 times a day to have a chance

Actually there are a few very young player in res. I don't think they buy plat, but they work hard, are patient, and have been respectful to others.

But to answer your question its bc players like me and others that left worked really hard on our toons spent a lot of real life money on them and when you have a clan like res on the server who bring 35 ppl to preist bc you start to form a grp to ya kno tryyyy and get further in the game like its meant to be and they try and make a show of force pretty much making claim to all the bosses we all needed and they really dont need it makes it frustrating bc you feel such an overwhelming sense of greed for absolutely no reason at least in bada days they left the lower dl mobs alone and focused on the things they needed but i digress to sum it up ppl leave here to not waste thier real life money or time anymore
