Yes, you are wrong.

One example is Chopstix, who joined in 130s/140s i believe. I think there's a common misconception that Seed has a level requirement. There is no "Sorry, you haven't met our 150 requirement, so you can't join", if you're nice enough, and haven't much of a bad history, you would have a decent chance at joining. On the other hand, you do have to show you're willing to work hard and level to kill bosses with the clan, so asking to join when you're a level 70 or something just won't happen.

Actually, i talked with a few members about joining. im in my 140's, and they said i wouldnt b able to cause im not old enuf (im 16) Dont ask me who i talked to i dont remember it was a month or so ago or more.
