Best way i found was to power level my ranger from 130 to 180 using my dual log druid, who was 185 at the time. The best way found to level to 130 was Ymir guards.

use some hero wisdoms

Group and lix with a rogue and mage near your level, use your light heal for rogue and bolas for mage and supplement with damage. If the rogue is running a combo and you're running an sk and haste, you'll blow up the room.

I know it sounds horrible but leech xp from a group lol

Or join ladder and you will be chiseled into the spartan warrior you always wanted to be lol.
