They can only be obtained through discs. These dics drop from 6 star bosses which reside in stonevale. They can be found in the druid grove, where the wips/druids/unicorns roam. You will need a group to kill these since they are pretty tough. Unless your a druid and/or have a lot of health pots.
He asked for where upgrade items are drop haha. You can find the easy ones such as amber crystal horn( warriors bp upgrade) from Crystal Horn(aka the purple horse)or other crystal gems. Boar gem from gold boar or guzzle, fairy gems from crystal fairy( the blue color fairy) or fairy queen.
