Im an IOS player but also have an Android and I have installed and started the game well. I create my character then try to start the game to enter the tutorial or server. It stays loading and wont work or load up. I said this on another thread and they told me turn off phone and turn it on and i did that but still no solution, then i kept restarting and rebooting the app to see if it will work. Never did so i un- installed and re-installed and tried getting in game to play. But nothing has changed and still havent got hands on the actual game. please help or fix this plsss

Could you check how many RAM you have without apps open? And how many Mb is the app itself?
My RAM available is 160 Mb, and the app is around 690 Mb, but I haven't been able to pass the first loading screen and I've had trouble installing the game because when I open the app again, the install needs to be done again. More details might help both devs and wannabe-players to find the problem, so you might want to add some more. That is if you don't give up.

What device and OS are you using? This isn't an issue we have come across before so if you can let me know then I will investigate.
