Well Pyro, If you truly mean what you just wrote, then I sure as hell return the offer, and wish you well in game. Yes, we all have failings and I have at least admitted some of mine on forum posts. I don't know about scammers but I do know that some guys who used to steal drops have changed and I applaud them for it. A guy in AdAstra would join, steal a drop and leave, then ask to come back and due to me having no prior experience of running a clan, I would let him. His third time in clan he did the same, was booted and told he would never again be taken back. A couple of months later he came and told me he was ashamed of what he had done and if I let him back he would apologise to clan and also give back things he had taken. I thought maybe this was a wind up but I decided to see if he meant it. I recruited him (for the fourth time...LOL) and he did exactly as he said he would do, he openly admitted to entire clan that he had stolen drops and he handed stuff back to us. Some clansmen were angry at him, so I pointed out that it actually takes a lot of courage to do what he had just done, to have the balls to say, 'I behaved badly, I am genuinely sorry'.
You have one guy in ZA who used to have a bad reputation for being like the guy I just described, but he also changed and has worked extremely hard for ZA.
I am not vindictive, and just as I hope my game mistakes may be forgiven, I will never hold ill will towards someone who has the strength of character to recognise their own failings and mistakes. So I say again Pyro, if your apology is genuine then I accept it with good grace.

#55One thing iv learned is we arent guaranteed each day, theres no reason to go around pissed off at people all the time i admit that my anger does tend to fly off the handle, thats not the way things need to be.transitioning from a civilian to a soldier has almost completely changed me and has made me see alot of things in a different way you cant dwell on crap from the past, u gtta charge forward into the future and be ready for anything that comes your way
Re: ZombieArmy
#56Crimsix, im sorry to hear u had hardships with zombiearmy. Reason i stay clanless is to avoid such drama. I have joined clans, but i was new to the whole interactive gaming experience and had no clue that such drama, disrespect and stuff went on in games...i learned real fast that in order to enjoy game i had to go clanless, stay to myself. Its sad really that we cant all treat others with respect. But as with real life when many people get together there is likely to be differences, its how we handle these times that matters. I get tempted from time to time to want to join a clan just so i can have fun and enjoy game for all it has to offer ( better gear, killing big bosses, etc. ) but its such things as this that im glad im clanless.
We should all follow the scripture... Luke 6:31 ( do unto others, as you would also have done unto you ). I wish u the best Crimsix and if u ever need a helping hand im here, same goes for anyone. Remember this is a game, have fun and God bless.

#59Golg was far from nice, I was sad to see some great players there.
Re: ZombieArmy
#60Yes Rapid, I may well be '7 years old', certainly the child in me is alive and well or I wouldn't play this game. Other than biologically (as in the physical changes and sexual development that mark the the boundaries between childhood and adulthood), there is no absolute loss of childhood, and nor should there be. Being 'childish' in the sense of showing no mental maturity is of course something else that most adults are guilty of at times. Maturity is the ability to acknowledge this behaviour in ourselves (Pyro just had the maturity to do it, I did it after reading Oni's post which drew me up and rightly so). I don't see myself as a 'better' person than your Dad Rapid, I simply find his behaviour in your clan, especially as he is a Gen, has been appalling.
As to your Dad writing 'numerous' posts that have all been 'banned', this is a gross fallacy. He himself went and withdrew one of his own short posts, because my answer to it once again confronted him with his hypocrisy, which of course he doesn't want others in game to see. He didn't address any of my valid questions to him about his conduct in ZA, not one. He could write his own post and do this Rapid, why doesn't he? Why, after I asked you yesterday is your father using his 14 year old son to spit at me on this forum, has he continued to hide.....you have made another reply, so you can't possibly now say he can't! I mean c'mon lad.
I think Pyro, having got a grip on his temper, made an excellent point, as in his transition from army to civilian life being difficult and no doubt the responsibilities of becoming a parent too....as in our life probs can sort of follow us into the game without us realising. Some of us will be playing this game to escape those probs for awhile, but they can exhibit themselves even in a cyber game. I am certainly guilty of that. Having watched somebody die very slowly over a long period of time, has made me even more angry about nasty behaviour in game. No doubt Pyro has lost friends in the army, which is what has made him an angry young man, and understandably too. I don't want to have a reputation as an 'angry old fool', just, 'fool' will do fine. To that end I enjoy my 'therapy' now of being employed by the Ladies Of Avalon cookery group. On a less flippant front I enjoy being of some small use to other clans in game who sometimes need a bit of help at a boss. Other ex ZA are also doing this and we enjoy it because all of us do seek harmony before confrontation. The problem is Rapid, there have been issues in your clan which should have been addressed a long time ago and they haven't been, because those issues pertain to your leaders themselves! Many in game, including me, have said over and over that ZA has some great players (just as Gol did, just as Marath did), but like those two clans, your leadership has run rough shod over player after player, which is why you have lost so many good and loyal ZAs. Both Marath and Gol, once two mighty clans on this server fell apart. They did not fall apart because of their clansmen, they fell apart because of who lead those clansmen.
As to your clan having three members banned, and in Pyro's words, 'After Crim came in', I can absolutely attest to the fact he had nothing to do with those bans. It was ME who openly on this forum said I would no longer accept 'he who cannot be named' ksing me constantly as I solo trained. I also contacted support and provided them with evidence of him doing this. It was not evidence of him doing this once (as I knew he would say it was an 'accident'), but evidence of him doing it constantly. These were my own Screen Shots. He then wrote to Support saying he was simply on a combo and in the same area, not realising that I had provided pics of him in EVERY damn area of wyrms, ksing me, also pics of him always arriving on his staff, which he used to find me every time. He was also reported by other players for his bullying and threats, again evidence provided of this.
He is the first player I have ever reported to Support in the two years I have played this game. When I left ZA I politely asked Justecy and all ZA leadership to ask him to leave me alone. They didn't of course, and I am told he openly boasted on ZA chat about enjoying stopping me level, and his plans to do it to Argos and also Tortilla.
No mage solo training and a good few levels behind a rogue has any chance of stopping him ks them. I had put up with it for months and finally simply had enough of it. So that rogue brought his own downfall and he damn well deserved to be banned for the endless nastiness, greed and theft he indulged in constantly on this server. I know the name of the second ZA who was banned but I don't know why he was, and it certainly wasn't because of anything I did. I am glad he has returned. He has never caused me any problems and as long as he doesn't I wish him no ill will. I do not even know who your third banned clan member was/is. I have no problem at all saying that I worked long and hard to get your rogue clan member banned. No one is ever going to constantly stop me from training and assume they can get away with that and I will do nothing about it. I don't ever lie down to scum bags, not ever. It is quite simple, show me respect and I will return it in spades, treat me like unfathomable and by God I will repay the compliment!
There is no way, in a million years, that if I had been an officer in ZA, and one member of ZA kept stopping an ex ZA train, and even boasting about it on clan chat, that I would ignore that (let alone encourage it as ZA leadership chose to). How ever much I may have disliked that ex clan member I would have pointed out that to go around ksing and thus trying to 'punish' a player who wasn't even in the clan anymore, would give the entire clan a lousy reputation. So when you talk of me being a 'child' Rapid, how exactly do you regard the behaviour of that now banned member of your clan.....was it 'adult' behaviour? And how do you feel about your leadership, one of them your own father, being perfectly happy for that now banned rogue to behave like that, to do nothing about it or him bullying and threatening other ex ZA players?
Whether trying to mock me by calling me 'old' or mocking me by calling me a 'child', isn't going to make those who know ZA leadership is nothing short of awful, suddenly change their minds Rapid. Until your father either accounts for his appalling conduct (trying to damn me with lies and doing the same to Crimex) or has the decency to acknowledge he was wrong, then he will continue to be regarded as a sneaky, selfish, two faced, coward.![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
