I was thinking into it.
A good money making strategy for a fire mage is to power level lower levels on fire cloak and run around with them while theyre on lix for money. I have had this done to myself from a mage. I did pay him and I was happy for it.
So would this be illegal? To boost players for $?

So long as you're talking about in-game money you're not doing anything wrong.
