Void Bow of Blood Rage

I really like the push to lower delay bows; this bow is a perfect example of something that fits well into the skills we use for bosses. What I would also like to see is a very high-damage version with a higher delay. I think this would spice things up and encourage a diversity in different DPS builds.

there are two more bows with same stats but different procs
agonising strike and necral decay
i know the agnosing strike has a pin its target down proc
