Yes I message you guys about my issue from email. What I would like to know is it possible to get a character that was not deleted? I lost my account due to clearing cache data and Uninstalled. I recently noticed not to blast you up with emails sorry for that. I shall be more patient. The sever I was in was Fingal name was Arutoria class was Archer. Thank you for taking the time to read

If you can create a new account in game (no need to make a character) and then let me know what what your user name is in a PM.

Once I have this I will try and recover your character to the new account. Not 100% sure it will work but will give a try and see if we can get you back in game ASAP.
