I dont have so much experience but i'd put pw into qs and double att into ls and rest of pts into sneaky or reflexes, if u are alot on combo and can afford pots i'd say sneaky but reflex is aslo awesome for leveling. Good luck

Poison weapon and double attack both suck for leveling. You need less strength and much more vit.

poison wep doesnt suck, not as good compared to others, i use it as an extra since buffs are usually effective as an extra, full dps without reflexes or lifesteal, and better choice than rend/double

Can be good, annoying to cast tho, very useful with fast weps, but not over sneaky/qs/ss/riposte for full dps, and not over reflexes/lifesteal for solo, even as dex rogue.

my poison wep adds 100 dmg. i usually lvl with a friend so thats 100 extra poison dmg for each of us. with a haste lix thats awesome.

Ok, so you would have enough points at 120 to make your stats look like this:

Str: 100
Dex: 295
Foc: 5
Vit: 250

Now for some buffing gear, please note that these are all max tier and that the build does NOT require them. For the event lux the 100 lux shop should have cheaper versions. These are merely items that you might be interested in using this build.

Icecrystal pendant of the north wind, godly wyrm brace (str, dex, vit), fiery (freezing, arcane) axe of triumph, godly wyrm brace (str, dex, foc), Icecrystal ring of the crusaider, Icecrystal ring of the noble, and (if your in an endgame clan) shadow trident of celerity. Put together your stats should look like this if using all of the specified items:

Str: 100 (325)
Dex: 295 (560)
Foc: 5 (30)
Vit: 250 (275)

Skills are easy for this one, you have decent streangth from your gear so you can mix in one or 2 streangth skills, but stay on course with dex. I am assuming you want a leveling build, please correct me if im mistaken.
At this level you should have 129 points, so here is what i would do:

Shadowstrike: 30/30
Riposte: 30/30
Quickstrike: 30/30
Lifesteal: 30/30
Fast reflexes: 24/30
(Ill check my math later)
